At Dallas Hill Design, we want you to love your purchase! We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, and we're happy to help make the return process simple.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

Shop early and gift with confidence!

For purchases made between October 22 and December 25, 2026, we are extending our return window through January 8, 2027.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be included, where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

• Returns must be shipped by January 8, 2027.

Holiday Gift Edit sale items are eligible for returns.

Standard Return Policy

For purchases outside the holiday promotional period, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Please contact Dallas Hill Design through the Contact Us page on our website and include your order number and the item you would like to return.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dallas Hill Design cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.
